Senior Leadership & Specialist Roles
Head of Afro Hair Training & Standards
Senior Leadership
This senior leadership role leads the development and implementation of Afro hair training standards across the academy. The successful candidate will have ownership of curriculum design and development, oversee quality assurance and assessment processes, and provide technical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to trainers and service specialists.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in Afro hair services, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing or equivalent, with evidence of continuing professional development
- Assessor qualification (A1/TAQA) and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrable experience in curriculum development and training programme design
- Experience managing, mentoring, or supervising other training staff
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK or be eligible to work via an appropriate visa route
Technical Lead – Wig & Lace Systems
Specialist Technical Leadership
A specialist technical leadership position with ownership of wig and lace systems training. The role involves developing and standardising training frameworks, ensuring quality assurance across all wig-related programmes, providing advanced technical troubleshooting, and transferring specialist skills to UK-based trainers and specialists.
Requirements:
- Extensive demonstrable expertise in wig construction, lace work, and installation techniques
- Experience developing training frameworks or standardised procedures
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced technical work and problem-solving
- Experience mentoring or training other professionals in specialist techniques
- Commitment to developing UK-based talent and building local expertise

Associate & Sessional Trainers (UK-based)
Nail Technology Training Associate
UK-based / Sessional
We are seeking a UK-based nail technician to deliver sessions on our nail technology training programme aligned with industry standards. This sessional position offers flexibility while contributing to learner development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Nail Technology
- VTCT or equivalent assessor qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Current knowledge of techniques and trends
- Must already have the right to work in the UK
