1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of CrownCraft Group Ltd's training programmes, professional services, and website. By enrolling in a programme, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

CrownCraft Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16957915) .

2. Training Programme Terms

2.1 Enrolment

Enrolment in any training programme is subject to availability and completion of the registration process. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

2.2 Fees and Payment

Course fees are payable in accordance with the payment schedule provided at enrolment. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place. Full payment must be received before the course start date unless an instalment plan has been agreed.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the following:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus deposit
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund

2.4 Attendance

Learners are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Minimum attendance of 80% is required for certification. Missed sessions may need to be made up at additional cost.

2.5 Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements, including assessments and practical evaluations. Awarding body certificates are subject to their specific terms and processing times.

3. Professional Services Terms

3.1 Bookings

All services are available by appointment only. A deposit of 50% may be required for bookings exceeding £100 in value.

3.2 Cancellation

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

3.3 Service Delivery

Services are delivered by qualified practitioners and, where applicable, supervised trainees. We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our professional judgement, it would not be in the client's best interest.

4. Shop Terms

4.1 Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

4.2 Delivery

Products are available for collection from our academy or delivery to UK addresses. Delivery charges apply and will be confirmed at the time of order.

4.3 Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Wigs and hair systems that have been worn or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
